After the 7 days has expired, transfers are placed in the Archive area for auditing purposes. For more information around data retention, visit What is the Data Retention Policy?
- Log into the GPShare platform with your username and password. For details on how to log in, visit Logging into GPShare.
- When you log in, the platform will display the Inbox. Down the left hand side, select the Archived Items option.
- Click on the archived sent transfer you wish to view. You will see an overview page which details various pieces of information about the transfer itself - similar to what is displayed when accessing a transfer via the Sent Items tab.
- As the transfer is archived, you won't be able to download or recall the file(s). This view is purely for auditing purposes only.
- You are still able to view details about the transfer, the file(s) sent, who accessed the documents and when as well as provide the full audit history from when the transfer was live.
