What is the Data Retention Policy?

To ensure your data is kept as secure as possible, the data is only available for 7 days from the transfer sent date.

After the 7 days, your transfer is automatically deleted and the data is electronically destroyed, meaning it is no longer accessible by you or your recipients of the transfer. The only element we hold back is the file name(s), purely for your auditing purposes so you can track the audit trial from the platform, however all other information related to the file(s) is deleted.
