What is a Nudge?

A nudge can be sent to remind your recipient to download the file(s) you have sent them within your transfer. When a nudge is sent, the recipient will receive an email from you reminding them to access the transfer before it expires.

Once a recipient has downloaded the file(s) the nudge option is no longer available.
