You can, one of the biggest frustrations we heard was when a recipient was on leave or was too busy to access the transfer, which then lead to you having to resend it again - well not anymore!
You can now extend your transfers within a 7 day rolling window. Let's say you sent a transfer on Monday, this would be due to expire the following Monday, however you notice on the Friday, your recipient still hasn't accessed the transfer, despite you sending a nudge. The system will now allow you to extend the transfer by 7 days, from the current date - so in this example, you could extend the expiry to the following Friday, and so on.

From the sent window, we have also displayed the expiry date of the transfer, so you can easily see when a transfer is due to expire and extend it, if required.
