In order for us to collect your transfer fee payments (£0.89p per transfer) per month, we require a Direct Debit Instruction in place.
If this was handled by a traditional invoice and payment, we would be increasing the paperwork and administration you would have to complete on a monthly basis. We have also found it creates an unnecessary pressure to pay the invoice within the necessary time frame so the service is kept live and not disabled, as a result of payment not being received in time.
All Direct Debit Instructions are sent for processing on the 2nd of every month (for the previous month of transfer fees), therefore you will receive notification in advance of how much will be debited from your account, approximately the 5th of every month.
We have partnered with GoCardless who handle our Direct Debit transaction on our behalf. All payments made through this method are protected by The Direct Debit Guarantee, a copy of which can be found here:
